Teacher Training

In 2016 the Ridgewood Cambodia Project joined forces with Caring for Cambodia and brought Teacher Training to our two schools in Tbaung Damrei. 

Caring for Cambodia, a model school program based in Siem Reap (the ancient Cambodian Capital) sends mentor teachers to our school to work with our teachers to redesign our classrooms, educate our teachers on the latest teaching methods and share their expertise. Since 2022, we’ve added 3 neighboring primary schools to join us for this professional development opportunity. This collaboration has supported our enthusiastic teachers and given them the tools to Inspire their students to stay in school and continue their education.
